    Management is superb take care the Employees!
    The good thingsThe Management is take care each other and always given challenged to develop ourselves. When we have issues arise, Management always listen and try to solve the problems instead of making such drama over there.
    The challengesManufacturing industry is always challenging as usual. We always facing last minute or almost stop line condition, anyhow the Managers or Supervisor always take care on this and solving the problems. Cheers to such great leadership!

    Great Experience
    The good thingsOwner direct come to employees to ask about daily progress and also give solutions about problems that we got. Good environment in my department, every single person always help and backup each other even its not their own responsibilities. Owner also give challenge to us and give a reward for it if we can do it.
    The challengesThere is no chance to become permanent employee in this company, but if they still need you, they will extend your contract or make you as daily worker for a while.
