    The good thingsLingkungan kerja disini menyenangkan,kekeluargaannya cukup erat.Tidak ada gap antara manager dengan staff,analis bakan helper.Semua bekerjasama dengan baik.
    The challengesSebenarnya tidak banyak kesulitan bekerja di bagian quality control.Contoh kendala yang dihadapi bila terjadi kerusakan sistem HPLC dan UHPLC yang tidak bisa ditangani sendiri sehingga harus mendatangkan pihak supplier.Selain itu karena released produk jadi sebelum obat dipasarkan oleh perusahaan harus menunggu released dari lab quality control,sehingga bagian quality control seringkali diburu-buru released produknya.
