    The challenges1. The expatriate director was professionally ABUSIVE which led to my resignation due to high work stress 2. For similar position, the compensation & benefit of this company was relatively LOWER compared to other international pharma companies 3. The HR was very punitive & "cheap". Once there was an employee who violated company regulation on serious level. Instead of firing the employee & provide him with severance payment, the HR forced the employee to write resignation letter, so that the company didn't have to provide the severance payment. NOTE: This took place between 2009 - 2014, so things may have changed now
