    Pabrik ini sistemnya kontrak abadi, tidak ada jenjang karirnya. Tapi bagus untuk mengawali karir seperti fresh graduate, namun untuk menetap disini perlu dipertimbangkan lagi karena pabrik ini terlalu cepat kontraknya hanya 2 bulan dan bisa mengehentikan pekerjanya sewaktu2

    The challengesTantangan ada 3 shift dan banyak peraturan dari apoteker yang sangat rumit

    The good thingsSebagai asisten apoteker di PT Novapharin adalah perkerjaan saya setelah lulus dari diploma, PT Novapharin adalah perusahaan farmasi yang terus berkembang. Selama dua tahun saya bergabung, sudah ada satu plant baru yang dibangun. Fresh graduate diterima dengan baik di sini. Kepala Bagian dan Kepala Departemen RnD di sana sangat baik dalam membimbing. Gaji dan THR selalu di bayar tepat waktu.
