    The good thingsSuasana bekerja sangat menyenangkan karena dari tingkat manajemen sampai karyawannya ramah dan sopan. Sistem pengupahan cukup adil sesuai dengan kinerja kita.
    The challengesHal terburuk bekerja disini adalah setiap bagian suka mencari kambing hitam bila terjadi suatu masalah atau kesalahan, dan mereka tidak segan menjatuhkan satu sama lain.. Gak peduli bila itu saudara sendiri, saya sudah mengalaminya dan saya resign karena saya tidak mau menghabiskan waktu saya bersama dengan orang2 yang berambisi untuk dirinya sendiri bukan untuk tim.

    The good thingsDisini tidak ada serikat buruh. Suasana kerja baik dan tidak ada persaingan kerja atau sikut menyikut. Selain itu juga karyawannya sungguh baik dan tidak banyak mau yang macam-macam. Pengembangan belum terlalu banyak, jadi bagi Anda yang menyukai perkembangan dan mau dilihat oleh Manajemen, disini tempat yang tepat. Kenaikan gaji dan Jabatan benar-benar berdasarkan kinerja, mudah-mudahan adil sesuai dengan keadaan yang sebenarnya tanpa ada KKN atau hal yang tidak objektif lainnya.
    The challengesKesulitan untuk berkembang, kemungkinan berdasarkan dari segi manajemen yang masih mau main aman dan kurang mau bersaing dengan perusahaan atau pabrik yang setipe. Perusahaan keluarga yang masih banyak kebijakan yang melihat dari sisi karyawan yang masih hubungan saudara. Lamban dalam pengangkatan atau jenjang karir. Zona aman.
