    The challengesteman2 kerja yang kurang baik, sistem tidak jelas, tidak adil dalam pembagian bonus, subjektif. Atasan tidak kompeten. tidak ada BPJS ataupun asuransi lain. tidak ada tunjangan. Cuti bersama dipotong gaji. tidak ada uang lembur mesti pekerja banyak yang lembur. Subjektif karena penilaian hanya berdasar ketua tim.Kebetulan mendapat ketua tim yang sangat buruk. Kerja disana harus bisa cari muka
