    The good thingsBekerja di perusahaan ini baik karena perusahaan mengikuti regulasi yang ditetapkan pemerintah bahkan memenuhi persyaratan kewajiban yang ditetapkan oleh ISO standard Internasional. Dari sisi kerjasama dengan karyawan lain lebih mendahulukan profesionalisme dan pendekatan kekeluargaan dengan masing masing menguasai bagian pekerjaannya. Kerjasama yang baik untuk menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang timbul.
    The challengesKesulitan sering muncul saat pengajuan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan yang membutuhkan dana yang besar, butuh ektra penjelasan kepada atasan. Beberapa usulan malah tidak bisa dilakukan karena terkendala pembiayaan.

    The good thingsBecause management NPCB care to employee especially on healthy issue, once a year NPCB do check medical and if have some issue, They will Seattle until employee can get back to activities normal.also if they have problem on internal working.
    The challengesWe should keep the target for our job to meet the requirement of company especially when company have customer issue. Then all related issue to costumer will Seattle support fully NPCB Management until issue clear.

    The challengesOver all the company mature in management system already, the only less understanding of japan's language and KANJI (japan's writing) Tobe little bit lowly down updated information of new changing to bottom level. Training class for english and japanese need more time and evaluation.
