    there is no human capital policy
    The good thingsthere is good self training, you will find a good teammate if you are humble enough, but unfortunately, management has no human capital policy, so it's easy to just replace and reshuffle theirs employee. their manpower turn over is so high..
    The challengesplease don't make a lot of issues or gossip that will make employee misinterpreted or confuse. be honest with your employee, so maybe they will help management to focus in order to achieve their goals.
