    My experience started when i joined OSIS in high school, from there i learned many things starting from managing time, organizing events, and communicating well with many people, then i went to college by following a fast graduation program and also interning at a hotel and then graduated in 3.5 years then i worked as a public relations in one of the EO where their product is a festival seminar for students and then i worked as a marketing admin in one of the BUMN companies.
    The good thingsI like communicating with many people, exchanging ideas, and organizing things neatly. Something that looks organized is very pleasing to the eye in my opinion.
    The challengesI don't like things that are said over and over again. I also don't like things that are slow and weird from what they should be.

    The challengesSaya kurang memahami untuk pertanyaan ini, namun saya merasakan kesulitan bukan pada perusahaan ini, namun lebih ke pihak ke-3. Karena saya bekerja diluar perusahaan yaitu sebagai SPB sales promotion boy di Depo Bangunan. Lingkungan yang kurang kekeluargaannya menurut saya.
