    The good thingsLingkungan baik, tidak ada yang namanya senioritas.. semua staff disini saling membantu satu sama lain, jobdesk cukup jelas dan sesuai, fasilitas dan tunjangan lumayan baik (meal allowance, transportation allowance, BPJS kesehatan dan ketenagakerjaan, THR, bonus).
    The challengesSedikit kesulitan untuk memahami keinginan manajemen, terkadang untuk selevel staff mendapatkan tugas yang \"lebih\" dan tanggung jawab yang \"lebih\" dari yang seharusnya. Untuk gaji pokok masih standar, tidak ada pembeda yang signifikan masalah salary SMA, D3, maupun S1 selama masih dalam level staff.
