    Not good company for long term career, especially for anyone who have bachelor degree and up to work in here. Very low salary and benefit, even for position department head & plant manager
    The good thingsfrom the lowest up to middle level employee, work environment are friendly, humble and honest. gender equity, especially treatment for women are very good (90% of hundred thousands employees are women). Islamic religion activities are accommodate quite well.
    The challengesCompany have bad system and bad culture, either in manufacturing, logistics, engineering and HR and development. Nikomas had Union that can drive most company policy. Term nepotism and alike, especially for employee recruitment are high, where most employee must pay certain million rupiah to get in. Had licenses with ISO but most audit are not true. Taiwanese leader have low respect to local leader, not have high competency (since its family business) and they have their own clan inside company. Need very strong leader and good vision to crack the nut and very brave direction to transform whole organization

    The good thingsSaya bekerja disini banyak mendapatkan pengalaman ttg pekerjaan di bidang pembuatan sepatu, saya mulai mengerti proses pembuatan sepatu mulai dari cutting (proses awal) sampai assembling (proses penempelan bagiam upper ke outsole) hingga menjadi sepatu, saya juga sedikit bisa membuat lay out mesin yang ada di gedung, mengukur QCO (pergantian sepatu lama ke baru), bisa menghitung pph bonus produksi
