    The good thingsNo doubt Nielsen is a good place for learning and development - very suitable for a starting point. On a daily basis we get such rich exposure to diverse and interesting projects. And not limited to this, leaders are also very humble, sharp, and supportive to teach you anything in a friendly way. There's no boundaries between subordinates and that what makes you feel very welcome all the time. I could say career progression is guaranteed, especially when you have excellent performance - that would be very rewarded.
    The challengesExpectation and pressure are somewhat going up constantly, moreover if you cannot catch up to the environment. I see many workers (coming from outside Nielsen) are not able to survive and last only 1-2 years.
