A great place to start off your career!The good thingsWorking at a very young startup such as Next TI taught me many things. I was in charge of helping the CEO on expanding our business, very exciting to those who possess an entrepreneurial spirit. I learned how to help run a company from a top-down perspective; not only the day to day operations of a company but also how to manage and run it as efficiently as possible.
Since the company size is relatively small, the gap between top management and staff almost don't exist, we work closely everyday sharing ideas and perspectives
The challengesSince the company is still very young and small, sometimes one staff can have multiple jobs assigned at a time, not at an overwhelming amount and still manageable; but I see this problem will disappear down the line once the company add a few more staff and department to help their day to day operations.
