    Great Job!
    The good thingsManagement have full care to employee in term of safety for and employee. Have BPJS, outpatient (covered 90%), Insurance (till 3 child), and all man power regulation requirement. Good team mate in some department.
    The challengesIn Operation Dept, Engineering, IT they have good a more humane way of looking at his team, very humane. But in the some Dept looks less, very less. As multinational company, the administration process may make you stress full! really stress full! Career not much chance since not so big company.
