    The good thingsLingkungan kerja baik, penerapan managemen dan SOP kegiatan sudah sistematis. Jenjang karir mengikuti kinerja dan performa masing-masing karyawan. Apresiasi terhadap kinerja dan performan diberikan dalam bentuk penghargaan dan insentif/bonus.
    The challengesSOP yang sudah sistematis perlu dikawal bersama dan ditaati oleh seluruh karyawan supaya managemen pemeliharaan bisa berjalan optimal dan memberikan performa maksimal. Kedisiplinan dan ketaatan karyawan terhadap biosecurity juga sangat menentukan keberhasilan pemeliharaan, cekaman penyakit dan kesehatan ayam sangat menentukan ketercapaian target performa.
