    The challengesSetiap hari adalah tantangan. Manajemen belum settle, prosedur dan kebijakan belum ada saat itu. PP juga belum ada. Gaji dan beban kerja tidak sebanding. Bosnya sangat sulit untuk dipahami, sangat bossy. Aturan yang dibuat dilanggar sendiri. Sulit untuk memahami regulasi yang berlaku di Indonesia.

    The good thingsRekan kerja yang seumuran dan masih muda, jadi cenderung enerjik. Ada kegiatan gathering yang lumayan menambah keakraban
    The challengesAtasan yang kadang tidak sesuai SOP perusahaan sehingga karyawan/bawahan bingung karena alur tidak sesuai. Komunikasi yang kurang baik antara departemen satu dengan yang lainnya.
