    The good thingsNera is excellent in developing their employees. it's quite flexible in time, Nera more focus on the responsibility to finish the job. Nera also has the regular activities that aim to bound each other because we relize that sucess could be reached if we go together holding hands by hands to our goals.
    The challengesNera Indonesia is multinational company. Sometimes, we shuould discuss and interaction with HQ company (Singaporean). On that moment, we have challenges to take foreigner's point of view.
