Great company to work withThe good thingsThe working culture is great. We have a lot of room to express our creativity. We are given a lot of freedom, bosses are not oppressive at all. We are valued by what we are bringing to the company. The work life balance is excellent. We never have to work outside of business hours, we have a lot of private family time outside of business hours. The pay is excellent, and always paid on time. We also receive bonuses and award trips if we can contribute better than expected.
The challengesLow supervision, so sometimes it is not clear which directions we are supposed to go to. We need to manage ourselves and expected to be able to do so. It is very comfortable, so we get to a comfort zone and many people are not able to grow so much. No career progression, no promotions.
