    No matter you start your career, don't forget your personal goals.
    The good thingsVery nice salary & allowance, and it's increasing every fiscal year. There's yearly bonus as well (based on your KPI). Before I left, the company just become certified ISO, so the working environment is changing more good / positive enough for me. A lot of soft skill training (well, thank you). Very good business trip perks.
    The challengesStagnant career path (7 years, they not even consider to upgrade my grade after all I'd try so hard to prove myself to the company.. Well, luckily I got promoted somewhere else). I guess that's why some good employee (especially young generation) leaving the company. Lack of supports from my superior & team. Little regeneration in the management (mostly old..).

    The good thingsGood Benefit and work-life balance, you do not need to come to the office everyday, as long as your job is done it is OK to have flexibility in time.
