    pangalaman kerja yang biasa biasa sajauntuk hal baiknya team kompak dan tolong menolong dalam hal pekerjaan untuk hal buruk nya pertama kali masuk langsung diceburin ke pekerjaan tanpa ada handover yang baik, semua pelajaran learn by doing, untuk penanganan tiket issue yang berulang tidak ada kejelasan dalam hal penyelesaaiannya, jam kerja juga lembur setiap hari tanpa ada kompensasi kecuali hari libur dan itu pun kompensasi hari pengganti libur, cuti tahunan dan izin sakit sedikit susah di ambil karena ada nya delegasi yang dimana kalo kerja shift akan sangat susah meminta orang untuk delegasi pekerjaan
