    The good thingsKompak personel kerjasama dalam team untuk menghandling suplayer dan faktur surat jalan mulai dari proses DN penerimaan hingga finis reciving invoicemacth. Banyak pengalaman manual administrasi menggunakan rumus menggunakan sofware manual Excel untuk menghitung KPI, Count, dan amount vocer koreksi banyak ilmu yang saya dapat dalam bekerja dengan Team Admin
    The challengesHandling Suplayer dan Warehouse Management System yang menggunakan sofware Ciel dengan net suite ke SAP untuk sistem invoice. Perusahaan Modal Asing (PMA) bisa berkomunikasi dengan atasan orang asing atau bule dari luar negri dan bisa mengasah bahasa inggris saya.

    The good thingsA good environment to work, I was met nice coleagues working here. So many trainings and it was good for employee self-development. Company provides the good medical insurance beside BPJS. There will be an appreciation for employee who have been worked for 5 years, 10 years and 20 years.
    The challengesThe company should entertaining the employee such as a family/employee gathering. I work for 4 years and that was only once the company held employee gathering.
