    The good thingsWorking environment is not bad, Friends are good, that's it
    The challengesCompany always wanted something Quick and good, but not fulfill the standard requirement of employee number to reach their target. Quickly change the target without having good communication with the person that work for that. So when employee feels they almost reach their goal, the company change it until never finish from what they start.

    Saya bekerja di perusahaan e commerce di bagian procurement/purchasing.
    The good thingsJabatan saya disini sebagai admin. Pekerjaan saya sehari-hari mengisi form google sheet laporan pembelian barang. Melakukan arsip data dengan rutin dan rapi di filling. Menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen jika ada pembayaran ke supplier untuk di berikan ke bagian finance. Menjalankan tugas-tugas lainnya yang terkait dengan administrasi. Menghandle PO untuk Internal ke supplier. Mengurusi distribusi ATK yang di butuhkan karyawan. Mempersiapkan perjalanan dinas karyawan yang bertugas keluar kota.

    The good thingsSebuah perusahaan startup e-commerce dengan SDM perusahaan yang mayoritas berusia muda tidak ada jarak usia yang jauh, membuat interaksi dan atmosfir kerja yang tidak canggung dan cukup menyenangkan. Fasilitas kantor yang cukup lengkap dan lounge untuk melepas penat setelah melakukan pekerjaan yang padat. Akses kantor mudah, dekat dengan stasiun dan halte transjakarta.
