Boleh untuk di coba, bagi yang berani mencoba. Seperti sebuah umpama, bagi seekor ikan yang br lahir, kolam besar bisa sangat mencekam (tantangan, tekanan dll), namun bisa berkembang lebih besar (sukses) di kolam besar daripada bertahan di kolam kecil.

The challengesberdasarkan pengalaman saya, department saya cukup memberikan tekanan untuk orang awal/ trainee. namun jika sudah terbiasa semua akan mudah. lingkungan sosial yang cukup kurang kondusif (terlalu banyak muka dua).
Adanya efisiensi banyak karyawan tahun ini dengan strategi memutasi karyawan, jika tidak setuju di mutasi. karyawan diperintahkan untuk mengundurkan diri (resign)
