    The challenges1. Tidak ada jenjang karir sama sekali 2. Management berantakan, prosedur kerja tidak transparan dan jelas 3. Lingkungan Toxic 4. Dikarenakan tingkat turn over yang sangat tinggi, banyak posisi senior diberikan kepada karyawan yang kurang kompeten sebagai pemimpin/leader tim 5. Komunikasi buruk sekali. Pihak management, SPV, tidak professional sama sekali dari sisi komunikasi ke karyawan. tidak ada transparasi hanya mementingkan kepentingan sepihak 6. Apabila memang tidak ada jenjang karir lebih baik transparan saja kepada karyawan 7. Komunikasi yang jelas dan transparan sangat dibutuhkan di perusahaan ini.     The good things1) bagus untuk fresh graduate, agar merasakan pahitnya dunia kerja. 2) jam kerja flexible.
    The challenges1) menyamaratakan adanya kenaikan gaji tahunan setiap staff. 2) untuk tidak memandang orang berdasarkan keluarga/kerabat, tapi dari hasil usaha kerja keras. 3) kurangi drama berpolitik. 4) semua bisa belajar bicara to the point. Sehingga tidak membuang waktu. 5) tetapkan jobdesk yang jelas, bukan malah "jobdesk flexible."
