    The good thingssaya dapat pengalaman baru tentang profesi saya sebagai HSE di perusahaan kontraktor electrical ini. mengimplementasikan ilmu dan pengalaman saya dan bertemu dengan orang-orang yang luar biasa. suka duka dalam berkerja sama dengan tim disebuah proyek oil n gas juga pernah saya dapatkan saat bekerja diperusahaan ini. semoga bisa semakin berkembang.
    The challengestantangan terbesar dalam menjalankan tugas saya adalah mengedukasi manajemen untuk dapat menciptakan tempat kerja yang aman sehat dan ramah lingkungan. walau tidak bisa di terapkan secara menyeluruh tetapi menurut saya sudah lumayan bagus dari pada sebelumnya. karena saya mengerti untuk merubah budaya dan pola pikir dibutuhkan waktu yang panjang.
