The good thingsKebetulan mendapat atasan yang sangat care terhadap anak buah, bisa dibilang saya berada di departement paling kompak se MSD. Diskusi antar departement enak, banyak anak muda yg sama2 mau belajar, semua pekerjaan bisa selesai karena semua saling kerjasama dan saling bantu antar departement. PT ini menjadi batu loncatan untuk saya.
The challengesJika kamu mencari uang, menurut saya ini bukan tempat yg tepat. Tapi jika kamu mencari pengalaman (batu loncatan), kesibukan, atau "uang jajan", silahkan dicoba. Banyak yg bisa di pelajari untuk freshgraduate (bertemu banyak orang baru, sedikit memahami alur penjualan retail, dll).

The good thingsSaat pertama kali bekerja disini lingkungannya sangat nyaman,bagus ,kekeluargaan bagus, sering ada buyer gathering,Bazaar Dharmawangsa, melayani berbagai customer itu moment paling saya suka di MSD, lalu menjelang 2-3 tahun beban kerja bertambah tapi salarynya ga bertambah, atasan2 berganti2 terus antara perusahaan tidak cocok dan karyawan tidak betah.
The challengesAtasan berganti2, sudah 3 tahun tapi status saya masih kontrak tidak ada kejelasan, beban kerja hectic tp salarynya kurang,kalo ga kompeten siap2 ditendang ga ada toleransi.saya lebih suka MSD yang dulu dibanding tahun 2020 - kesini, kasian tim saya babak belur kerja demi dapat omset tapi gaji sm insentif kurang.
