    The good thingsGood support by employee and management, chance to deep learn especially about marketing and analytical equipment such as XRD, SEM, TEM, etc. Goof benefit and bonus if you can attain the target.

Pekerjaan yang multitasking membuat saya mempelajari dan memahami berbagai hal baru yang tentunya dapat mengubah pola pikir dan pandangan saya tentang suatu pekerjaan, serta tentunya membuat saya lebih percaya diri untuk bersaing di dunia industri pekerjaan.
    The challengesSDM yang sedikit membuat setiap individu harus bekerja secara multitasking sekaligus berada di bawah tekanan yang cukup besar. Upah dan benefit masih standard jika disesuaikan dengan load pekerjaan.
