    The good thingsMulti Sarana menyediakan fasilitas untuk belajar dan mengembangkan soft skill dan relasi, tempat yang baik untuk belajar dan mengenal lingkungan kerja. Gaji yang ditawarkan cukup baik untuk fresh graduate.
    The challengesTidak cocok dijadikan sebagai pekerjaan tetap karena struktur organisasi masih belum jelas. Tidak semua inspirasi dan ide dapat dikeluarkan karena satu dan lain hal. Lingkungan kerja yang ditawarkan kurang fleksibel.
