    The good thingsSemangat kerja secara team dan kebersamaan, ide/gagasan dari tenaga kerja yang sudah berpengalaman dalam proses produksi sehingga setiap permasalahan yang timbul dapat diselesaikan dengan baik dan hasil yang maksimal.
    The challengesKeterbatasan sumber bahan baku untuk menunjang proses produksi dan tenggang waktu yang cukup ketat dari customer sehingga seringkali menuntut adanya jam kerja tambahan dan mengerahkan tenaga kerja dalam jumlah yang cukup banyak.
