    The good thingsI have spend 2 years to acknowledge market segments and market research for WEST JAVA area. Find a new market, a new persons, build a relationships with a new PIC.
    The challengesAll products insight for weighing solution I have already pass to GM sales, but it seems not enough to change his mind. Old style and business stubborn will only leads us to the unknown career path.

    It's good to learn something new.
    The good thingsFocus on industrial equipment and meeting with a great people. Have a great chance to improve your communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills. I experienced in every ISO in equipment and starting to believe that being a sales engineer is great!
    The challengesWe are copping to unlock the karawang, cikarang, cibitung, cikampek industrial area. We're still on progress but regardless the achievements of sales target it's been an enormous effect on this company to improve.
