    The good thingsA multinational company which has been run more than 40 years. Very stable. Work environment are very supportive. Almost all co-workers are willing to help each other. Good salary, good benefit (especially when you already have a family), bonus once in a year, gym facility, etc.
    The challengesSometimes, it seems like everything has already had a procedure and it's quite hard to change it since the management, especially Japanese were quite old fashioned and strict. But the company is willing to pace with the modern era and starting to make a big change right now.

    The good thingsBanyak mengenal system untuk memproses polis asuransi seperti X-Gen dan SAP, mengenal lingkungan kerja di perusahaan multinasional, bisa belajar berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris, dan menambah wawasan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office, belajar untuk lebih disiplin, rapih dan cekatan dalam bekerja.
    The challengesKarena di Departemen ini masih tergolong baru, ada beberapa masalah yang dihadapi, seperti rate premi untuk asuransi mobil yang masih berubah-ubah, booking perpindahan system data yang masih belum semua terlaksana, masih belum tercapainya target yag diinginkan bersama sehingga hal ini sulit untuk dicapai namun harus tercapai dari keinginan penasihat sehingga hal ini terkesan sangat memaksa untuk ukuran Departemen yang masih baru berdiri.
