Freedom of style and what you wear to work. Flexible working hours if you work in the redaction division. Company transportation and drivers are always ready to take you wherever you need to go for work. If not then you are provided with taxi vouchers.
The challengesI have to be honest that the salary in this company is very low. What they pay for what you do are not balanced. There was no salary raise upon being an official employee (I was promised a raise in the transition from probation period into official employee). In my case, my job description or what I'm responsible of develops and keeps adding more overtime, but not my salary. Not to mention they double the probation period so it was 6 months of probation. Some ridiculous rules are being made unofficially every now and then (such as; do not laugh too hard, wash your own dirty dishes, warning letter for jumping in the elevator, etc).
