    The good thingsPerusahaan yang cepat berubah kebijakan management tanpa transparasi ke semua karyawan, sehingga karyawan akan diberikan SP terberat saat melanggar tanpa sebelumnya tahu ada peraturan ( Seperti Kena Prank)

    Good Experience, So much Learning
    The good thingsThe salary is good, they provide meal for lunch. And the safety protocol for healthcare are good, better form any other companies. The work environment is average, not so relaxed, and not so stressfull. i enjoyed working in here
    The challengesLike any other private company, the owner is only 1 person, so the decisions are usullay from that 1 person, but not always. And i believe the decisions that management took are for the company's greater good.
