    The challenges- Pengelolaan tim project yang buruk, banyak karyawan yang berkurang namun tidak ditambahkan, sehingga 1 karyawan mendapatkan 3 - 4 Jobdesc dengan sistem kerja 24/7. - Salary yang tidak sebanding dengan tekanan pekerjaan yang diterima. - Saran & Masukan karyawan tidak diterima. - Fee Lembur terkadang tidak dibayarkan. - Weekend harus siap bekerja dari pagi hingga malam.
