    The challenges1. Penahanan Ijazah tanpa ada surat tertulis dengan legal, jika tidak jaminan Ijazah, maka jaminan 1 kali gaji. 2. Turn over tinggi, tidak ada karyawan yang bertahan lama 3. Gaji sering terlambat tanpa ada kejelasan 4. Banyak review buruk dari lingkungan sekitar dan customer online dan offline
