    The good thingsSelama bekerja di perusahaan ini, saya berhasil mengembangkan keterampilan mengenai alur produksi produk garment dan manajemen waktu. Fasilitas umum yang diberikan bagi karyawan cukup lengkap, seperti Gaji pokok, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kesehatan, upah lembur, Tunjangan makan & kehadiran, Tunjangan hari raya, dan lain-lain.
    The challengesSaya menghargai kebijakan perusahaan mengenai perhitungan upah lembur dan cuti tahunan. Tapi saya berharap untuk bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi mengenai perhitungan overtime pay-nya, karena sering tidak sesuai dengan jam kerja. Dan mengenai cuti tahunan, saya merasa jumlah cuti tahunan yang diberikan belum sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Selain itu, sering juga karyawan di-off kan (karna sedang low season) dengan perjanjian 'no work no pay' yang agak memberatkan. Dari permasalahan antara off dan sisa cuti mungkin bisa dijadikan solusi. Saya berharap beberapa hal tersebut bisa ditinjau kembali.
