Employees at Monysaga Prima valued the teamwork and sense of community fostered in the workplace, as well as the learning opportunities available to expand their knowledge and skills. The work environment was generally described as good and enjoyable. However, there were some operational challenges such as machine problems and product issues. Additionally, some employees found the shift scheduling to be unpredictable and subject to change. Concerns were also raised about employee compensation not meeting government regulations after the company ceased operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
