    The good thingsPemandangan resort yang indah di mulai dari Sunset, Pemandangan marina bay pada malam hari dan suasana lingkungan kerja yang nyaman karena dikelilingi pepohonan dan konsep hotel dengan villa. di sini juga kita mendapatkan uang tambahan dengan cara bekerja di luar jam kerja dengan melayani tamu di special event seperti bbq night dan romantic dinner.
    The challengesakses menuju hotel lumayan cukup jauh dari lokasi dormitory dan jenis tamu yang cukup menantang. karena ini adalah hotel resort so, jarak antar makanan agak sulit jikalau tidak menggunakan mobil buggy.

    Montigo Resort is great property in Batam Island
    The good thingsThe company was really care to the staff. all Staff provided housing, Laundry Facility, WIFI, Gym room and meals. every staff has good opportunity to grow their carrier. The Management was very healthy. Transportation to the resort from housing provided by the company. The taking care of the employee. It such a great experience to work in Montigo Resort Batam. If you want to find the place who will accommodate you needed, Montigo resort is the place.
    The challengesAlmost nothing find the difficult thing. All Manager will support us when we are facing the problem. The lead us and grow us become leader. the company really strike to interview the employee. They will asked our best experience, they asked to answer the questionnaire.
