    The good thingsBanyak hal baik yang saya dapat saat bekerja di perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur tersebut, diantaranya : kesempatan saya untuk belajar banyak hal tanpa ragu, atasan dan rekan sekerja pun cukup bisa diajak bekerja sama, kami saling mendukung satu dengan yang lainnya. Kesempatan untuk meniti karir pun diberikan.

    The good thingsi have a job. and i have friends. But unfortunately i dont get any good experience from the professionalism side.
    The challengesfix the way management take their action. no more office politics. just working and no other need at behind.

    Big Company with Bad Corporate Culture, very bad
    The good thingsThe environment, the people
    The challengesWe have to adapt with the bad corporate culture and sometimes away from humanism. They could cut you without any reason even you are in your best productivity ages but they maintain elder employees because they won't to pay bigger benefits for them. Bad communication between department and there's no problem solving / solver for every problem may exists in job field.
