    The good thingsDi TBS Group ini saya mendapatkan kebebasan dalam berkarya dari owner di area yang dipercayakan kepada saya, yaitu di bidang Finance & Accounting sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan saya. Selain itu, saya mendapat beberapa kali kepercayaan untuk memimpin departemen lain (rangkap jabatan) seperti Human Resource, IT, Legal dan bahkan Marketing. Selama berkarya di TBS Group ini, beberapa kali saya mendapatkan promosi, yaitu sebagai director dan sekarang sebagai COO untuk TBSGroup.
    The challengesSelama bekerja di TBSGroup ini pastinya tidak semuanya mulus, ada beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi, salah satunya, sebelumnya departemen finance & accounting dianggap hanya sebagai supporting department yang tidak terlalu penting, namun saya bersyukur, saya dan team berhasil mengubah hal tersebut, dan saat ini finance & accounting menjadi department yang memberikan value added yang tinggi dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis perusahaan.
