    Lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan
    The good thingsKerjasama team terasa dari atas sampai bawah. Meskipun kita bertanggungjawab pada pencapaian personal, akan tetapi support dari atasan dan rekan kerja saat kita mengalami kendala sangat membantu. Hampir semua sistem di kontrol secara online, sehingga lebih praktis dan hemat tenaga maupun biaya. Sebagai marketing bisa lebih fokus dalam mengejar target
    The challengesKesulitan terasa lebih ke kecepatan team IT support menanggapi kendala dari client, sehingga kita sebagai marketing seringkali harus terjun merangkap sebagai team support. Walaupun demikian kendala ini bukanlah masalah besar. Sistem kerja yang kerap kali berubah sehingga mesti cepat beradaptasi terhadap sistem baru.

    I have tested software manually for 2 years and automatically for 1 year
    The good thingsPeople here is good. They are good friends. The Managers are good and friendly too. The foods are affordable. It's not too far from my house. Environment is very nice, not too hectic and still comfortable for working office. The management listen to staff and do some improvement from time to time. I have been promoted from QA to Software Engineer in Test.
    The challengesEverybody is very spirited and eager to learn more new things. People here love challenges. They always try new technology and try to apply it on the system whenever suitable. It's always nice to work with new people because there's always something new from them. We share our knowledge and try to improve for greater good.

    The good thingsThey give you freedom to do your work as long as you're doing it right and finish it on time. Friendly staff, even the CEO itself are open to new members in the office.
    The challengesThis Company is really growing fast. They honor and appreciate people's hardwork which combined with effective time management. But on the Sales Department, all the Sales database and CRM are 50% manual, so to keep in track, you would need to give an extra effort to fill it in your free time. I hope one day, they use a better CRM such as Salesforce, etc.
