    The good thingsHubungan antara setiap sesama karyawan mau pun dengan atasan/leader sangat friendly dan kekeluargaan tidak terlalu formal. Lingkungan dan Ruang kerja yg bagus, fasilitas hiburan untuk karyawan yang memadai dan cukup bagus, banyak spot atau ruang untuk bersantai untuk karyawan. Salary cukup tinggi, dan incentives/ komisi(bonus) cukup tinggi untuk sales canvassing (khusus penjualan product baru)
