    A Big Company Where You Can Learn And Earn Experiences
    The good thingsCompany with highly dynamic business and great vision where you can learn and earn many experiences here. Big name of MNC where sometimes makes you become marketable and considerable for another job opportunities. Good company for fresh graduates as well.
    The challengesThis company really needs to put serious attention and improvement on its human resources policy and implementation to actualize its big vision, starting from the recruitment process (there’s no personal assessment-which is very important to know the candidate’s quality), until the employee’s development (there’s no training, seminars, etc., even for the basic one) and allowance policy. I believe a better management on human resources implementation here will have so much impact to support Its great vision.

    The good thingsThe team was great but top management in owning company was not that great. The company faced financial difficulties, said as Covid-19 impact, and did major lay off for many employees. On the other hand, the company was seeking a donation from the public to help those impacted directly by Covid-19. Truly believe the company should help their own business first instead trying to make good image to the public .
    The challengesUnstable financial resources. Many business lines but low real income.

    The good thingsmendapatkan ilmu baru serta pengalaman yang sangat berharga, saat magang di mnc group tepatnya di iNews TV saya sering bertemu para pejabat RI da srtis tanah air dan mengikuti perkembangan informasi tentang Indonesia ketika sedang melakukan wawancara dengan pejabat RI. Menambah pelajaran makeup dan stylish rambut/hijab yang lebih bervariasi, terkadang di acara tv sedang memperingati hari apa jadi sebagai mua juga harus mengikuti tema acara yang telah ditentukan, disitu mendapatkan ide kreatif yang tadinya tidak pernah terfikirkan namun bisa diciptakan :).
    The challengesTidak ada kata sulit apabila mau berusaha dan beradaptasi, kuncinya adalah sabar. mungkin bagi saya hal yang harus terus dilatih adalah ketika menata rambut presenter yang sudah diwarna berkali- kali karena di inews TV harus benar benar rambut serapi dan se blow mungkin dengan penggunaan catok genting yang rapi dan merata agar membuat rambut mengembang secara natural;

    The good thingsBekerja disini cukup meyenangkan karena memang kerjanya tidak begitu crowded, karena jobdesk saya disini hanya melayani dan memberikan masukan terhadap customer yang akan melakukan claim.
    The challengesuntuk tingkat kesulitan disini tidak ada karena dilihat dari situasi kantor yang tidak begitu ramai dan dilihat dari jobdesk saya semua orang pasti juga mampu berada di posisi saya. mungkin disisi lain kejenuhan yang saya alami karena memang kadangkala kita berada di depan layar komputer tidak melakukan aktifitas apapun kurasa itu juga cukup membosankan, tetapi kembali ke individu masing-masing setiap orang ada yang enjoy mereka tidak melakukan aktifitas apapun ada juga yang jenuh mersa dirinya hanya duduk diem tidak melakukan aktifitas apapun, hanya saja membuat laporan tiap bulan.
