    Lack of coordination and support created pressure and inefficiency. But yeah, okay i guess.
    The good thingsOn the positive side, they are open to hiring young and productive talents. I genuinely enjoyed working with colleagues around my age because they were open-minded, collaborative, and receptive to new ideas, which made the day-to-day experience more enjoyable
    The challengesI often felt pressured due to frequent internal conflicts that felt unnecessary and unclear, which created an uncomfortable working environment. I personally covered around IDR 400,000 per month for software subscription for work. When reimbursement was requested, i was informed that it was not possible, as no previous employees had submitted similar requests. Considering the expense directly supported operational needs, this raised concerns about policy clarity and fairness. The finance team was also very strict with social media budgets despite prior direction, leading to inefficiencies and slower execution. Reasonable requests from the division were sometimes met with pushback rather than open discussion. Which is weird. After completing the proper handover prior to my resignation, I was later contacted by HR and informed that my ex-supervisor didn't have the files, despite the prior transfer. This was unexpected and reflected some misalignment in internal coordination.
