    The good thingsFasilitas kesehatan baik (bpjs+asuransi), waktu kerja baik, ligkungan pekerjaan nyaman, rekreasi (outing 2 kali setahun, olahraga yang diadakan di kantor )

    The good thingsThis company gives lots of training that employees can choose every year based on their needs for their self-development. We also get insurance which protect ourselves and family.
    The challengesWe should adapt with a new boss periodically, because a GM in one division only stay for 2-5 years only.

    The good thingsPerusahaan ini mempunyai sistem yang cukup bagus untuk kesejahteraan pegawai, tiap tahun selalu mengadakan familiy gathering bahkan piknik tahunan yang diadakan di luar kota maupun luar negri dengan budget yang disediakan oleh perusahaaan, pada saat itu sistem medical berupa reimbursement tapi sekarang bekerja sama dengan pihak asuransi, orang yang ramah dan kekeluargaan
    The challengesbahasa yang dipakai adalah bahasa indonesia dan bahasa ingrish, akanntetapi bahasa ingrish yang digunakan oleh orang jepang sendiri kurang paham dan kurang jelas kosakatanya, karena sistem sudah dijalankan maka kesulitan dalam bekerja dapat diatasi,
