    challenging but lot of lesson to learn
    The good thingsour teamwork, we did a great job every single day. we always talked what we need to improve as a team or as a individuals to be a better person, to do the job better than yesterday, the people are great too, we greeted each other or compliment or even gave some great advices. it was great working there!
    The challengesthe challenges are probably how the kaizen work. will be great if we can describe our ideas in front of the sub leaders other than just write it down. because there's a lot of people with great ideas but just don't know hot to write it in words.

Jadi ide hanya terbuang sia sia.
