    The challengesOwnernya visionary tetapi ga modal sehingga execution supportnya kurang, karyawan sering ditambah kerjaan yang tidak sesuai jobdesk dengan alasan "upskill", project banyak tapi resource tidak ada sehingga banyak yang telat deliverynya, cuti dipersulit, kebijakan bisa berubah seenak jidat ownernya

    The challengessering terjadi nya perubahan struktur organisasi pemilik perusahaan kurang loyal, kurang menyejahterakan karyawan kalau untuk ilmu di sini banyak tapi kalau untuk cari pendapatan yang lebih mending di tempat lain.
