    The good thingssaya bertemu dengan banyak orang baru dengan berbagai karakter, belajar untuk memahami sisi emosional konsumen, belajar untuk mempengaruhi minat beli para konsumen, menjaga relasi serta nama baik perusahaan, saya diajarkan untuk dapat berkoordinasi dengan baik antar sesama pegawai maupun hubungan saya dengan pimpinan saya
    The challengespada awalnya saya kesulitan untuk menghadapi konsumen yang komplain tapi karna banyak sekali pihak (pimpinan, rekan kerja) yang mau mengajari saya dengan sabar, lambat laun saya lebih enjoy dan mampu mengatasi keluhan konsumen dengan baik.
