    Company for fresh graduate, if there is no other option.
    The good thingsOnce, the company hire trainer to build our soft skill. Once a year, they had vacation for all of the employee and management, and it's for free.
    The challengesLast time I work there, the salary is low and there is no career opportunities. The job is very stressful and management didn't know how to handle customer, which caused a complain to the engineers and neglected work progress.
