    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yg cukup baik. Rekan supportive dan memiliki sense of service yang kuat. Atasan mampu mengelola dan memanage anak buah dengan baik sehingga didapatkan peningkatan skill yang cukup drastis dibanding sebelumnya. Lokasi kerja di jantung lokasi Jakarta yang mana cukup terjangkau dari banyak mobilitas umum
    The challengesKesulitannya yg saya hadapi adalah pola management yang terlalu top-down. Sehingga terkadang menyulitkan untuk dapat berinvoasi.
